By filling in the registration form and by accepting the registration terms, the registered person (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) in his/her free will and in his/her own interest, pursuant to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, grants his/her consent for personal data (hereinafter referred to as “PD”) processing to the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Bauman MoscowState Technical University (National Research University)” (hereinafter referred to as “BMSTU”, or the “Operator”), located at: 5, 2-ya Baumanskaya Ulitsa, 105005, Moscow.

This Consent is provided for PDprocessingwiththe purpose of organizing events (including conferences, seminars and other informational, educational and cultural events) in which the Participant takes part, as well as of sending the information about the Operator's activities (including the ones relating to the events organized by the Operator) to the Participant.

ThisConsent coversthe PD of theParticipant which are indicated in the registration form and,in particular, thedataasfollows:

1. Full name: surname, first name, patronymic (if any).

2. Sex.

3. Date (day, month, year) and place of birth.

4. E-mail address.

5. Mobile, home phone numbers.

6. Personal photos of the Participant.

7. National identity document data / passport details.

8. Actual residence address, registration address.

9. Information about education, profession, specialization and qualification, details of education documents.

10. Data onprevious job positionsand employment record,data on military duty.

11. Data onactual job position and the workplace.

12. Data on academicdegree.

13. Data onacademic title.

Additionally,the site collects and processesimpersonaldata about visitors(including cookies, IP addresses)using Internet statistics services(Yandex.Metrika,Google Analytics, etc.).

This Consent is provided for performing, both automatically and manually, any action (operation) with PDrequired or desirable for accomplishing the above stated purpose, including collection,recording, arrangement, accumulation, storage,specification (updating, changing), extraction, use,transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking,deletion, destruction of PD and use of surname, firstname,patronymic, information onworkplaceandposition,academic degreeandacademictitle of the Participant aspublicly available PD.

The Participant has the right toaccess his/her PD and to require the Operator to specify, exclude or correctthem in case the PD are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of the processing.

The Participantis entitled to withdraw the Consentby sending an e-mail tobauman@bmstu.ru or sending a letter to BMSTU legal address.

ThisConsentis valid from the day of its signing until the day ofits withdrawal in written form,or 75 years from the date of consent to the PD processing.
