The Conference is dedicated to the memory of the outstanding Russian scientist, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, head of the Department of Robotics of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University Evgeny Pavlovich Popov (1914-1999), one of the founders of modern theory of automatic control, the founder of the Russian school of scientific robotics.

Also in the framework of the conference on March 26, 2020 will be a meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council for Education in Robotics, which will consider the current status of training bachelors and masters in leading technicaluniversities and the issues of the opening of a specialist in robotics.
